Ms. Lisa Burns: Annapolis Institute Roundtable Faculty Coordinator is presently the Associate Director of Admission at Sewanee: The University of the South, in Sewanee TN. She oversees the off campus Admission Program (OCAP), as well as coordinates efforts of the admission staff and manages a recruiting territory. Lisa has 27 years of experience in admissions and has been working with volunteer programs enlisting the help of over parent and alumni volunteers across the country. Lisa is new to Sewanee and enjoys working with a program that is being revitalized, bringing with her experience from 21 years at Xavier University where she coordinated a program with over 800 volunteers. Lisa joined the faculty of the Annapolis Institute in 2005 and has been the faculty coordinator for the Annapolis Institute Roundtable for the past three years..

Mr. David R. Gibson, (CDR USN ret.) is presently President and CEO of Gibson and Associates, a company providing consulting services to higher education specializing in the areas of alumni volunteer networks and enrollment management.   He has served as Director of Nominations and Appointments (Admissions) at the U.S. Naval Academy where he orchestrated 1500 volunteers covering all 50 states, at The  Georgetown University, Washington, D.C. directing a 3,700 member volunteer program, and at Catholic University of America where he instituted a volunteer network.

Dr. Scott F. Healy, has served numerous colleges and universities in the areas of admissions, enrollment management, retention, and financial aid. With more than 38 years experience in higher education, he has successfully worked at colleges such as Penn State, Alfred University, SMU in Dallas, TX, and The Ohio State University. He currently heads the educational consulting firm, Scott Healy & Associates which specializes in conducting national searches and placing interim leadership from 4 to 12 months in the areas of enrollment management, admissions, and financial aid. Dr. James S. McCoy, Institute Director, serves Louisiana State University as Vice Provost for Enrollment Management, Planning and Policy. He has extensive experience in organizing and using volunteers in support of admissions. Jim is a recognized leader in developing innovative programs to recruit students. He has written and presented throughout his career and has served on the Executive Board of NACAC and with the College Board, as president of the Mid-West Council. He previously served as the Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management at Xavier University in Ohio; at Miami University as Associate Vice President for Enrollment and at Penn State University as Director of Marketing and Recruitment.

Ms. Annie Seiler, Regional Director of Development at Ohio Wesleyan University and prior to that Director of Alumni Relations at Ohio Wesleyan, has many years of experience working with alumni volunteers both through the Admissions Office and through the Alumni Office. She successfully developed extensive programs utilizing more than 600 alumni and parent volunteers in the student recruitment process. In addition, she redesigned the Volunteer Career Assistance Network, a group of alumni volunteers at Ohio Wesleyan who connect with other alumni and with students for career networking purposes.
